G.E.N.I.S.E.™ ("we", "us") is a Christian content and ecommerce brand founded in New York, USA, serving a global community. The site offers devotionals, Bible reading, encouragement, blog content, and a print-on-demand shop.

• Information you give us when you contact support, place an order, or write to us typically your name, email, message, and shipping details.
• Order information processed by Stripe for payments and Printify for fulfillment. We do not store full card numbers Stripe handles that under PCI-DSS.
• Essential cookies for language, accessibility, and cart state. These stay on your device.
• Server logs with basic request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) used only to keep the site secure and reliable. We do not run advertising trackers.

• To deliver the page or product you requested.
• To respond to your message or support request.
• To process and ship orders through Stripe and Printify.
• To keep the site safe from abuse and to fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising profiling.

We share the minimum necessary with the services that make the site work:

• Stripe payments processing.
• Printify print-on-demand fulfillment and shipping.
• Our backend host Supabase (database, storage) and Cloudflare (edge hosting).
• Email infrastructure used only to send transactional emails such as order confirmations and replies.

Each processor handles your information under their own privacy notice and a data-processing agreement.

We are based in New York, USA. If you visit from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries where our processors operate. We rely on standard contractual safeguards where required by law.

• Support emails: up to 2 years from last contact.
• Order records: as long as needed for tax, accounting, and warranty obligations (typically 7 years in the US).
• Server logs: typically 30–90 days.
• Essential cookies and local preferences: until you clear them.

Depending on where you live (EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA, and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us through the contact page and choose "Privacy request". We respond within 30 days.

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

When we change this policy we update the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
